Knew it was coming but it's worse than I thought - monthly result is a gain of 4lb  Of which 2.6lb is body fat so it's not quite as bad as it looks! There was also an element of 'loading up' yesterday for today's long run, which didn't help :p

Missy: Can I ask, do you do the weekly weigh in?? Since I noticed you put as a monthly gain. Raph did not let me know before she left whether you did or not.

Since Raph is away this week and I am doing the chart will add you this week.

TO THE PERSON DOING THE CHART THIS WEEK! I have only just realised that something has gone seriously wrong with my figures on the chart this week! It should read 1.5lbs lost this week, 2.5 lost this month, and a total loss of 20lbs. Im pretty sure thats correct but I will check tomorrow when I am more awake! When I post my loss/gain this week i will also post all the correct figures for week/month/total loss to be updated. Thank you very much and I'm sorry that I cant remember your name! (I want to say the unknown?)

    dmv:

Ok from what I can see with Raphs records...you had
    week 1 = 0.5 lbs gain
    week 2 = -1.5 lbs loss
loss for this month being -1 lbs

Hence hopefully this will help highlight where the mistake has crept in. No probs at remembering whole of my name....most people only remember the "unknown" bit...so quiet used to that.

just a flying visit: really sorry I haven't been around much for last few days and i am behind on catching up with posts. Just really busy, which is very positive.
Unknown - in case missy isn't around today - no she is not on the chart as as a maintainer that works better for her to only weigh once a month.

1lb on for me please - just had a mad week of grabbing food where I could. Getting back on the straight and narrow now but but it hasn't had time to show on the scales yet.
Thanks a lot for doin the chart unknown:T:T
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Just looked back at the charts and the figures you said are correct. Its a sts for me this week please so 1.5lbs loss this month and a total loss of 19.5lbs loss which I'm pretty sure is correct now. Well so far today I have had sugar free red bull and a tesco bakery cheese straw to eat for breakfast and a pub lunch! Not at all healthy but I had an exam first thing and wouldn't have eaten anything otherwise and needed to wake myself up, and then went for lunch with some friends to wind down adter. I think allowances like that can be made on exam days! I need to do better this week though for definite. Like sary (I think!) said I can see things starting to creep back in slowly so I need to get a grip. Three weeks until my holiday so I would like to get another couple of pounds off ideally. I know I have to be realistic though as I need to get a lot done for uni between now and then, and that would normally make me eat rubbish, no exercise except dog walking (well that cant really be helped when sitting at a pc all day) and result in a gain. So whilst it would be nice to lose a few more lbs, I guess I would be happy to just maintain and sts the same.

Oh KPC that sounds [STRIKE]scary[/STRIKE] exciting! My only piece of advice is to start NOW filling the freezer with lovely healthy home made food that you can just microwave whilst your kitchen is out of action ..... and assume it will take twice as long and cost twice as much as you think.:eek:

(Well, I hope mine is only twice as long and twice as much .... not looking hopeful at the moment!)

Thanks for checking, unknown3rd, and thanks for doing the chart :) Although I post my monthly results, I'm not on the chart so you can completely ignore me for chart purposes! Sorry for any confusion.

I see BB already mentioned it - thanks BB and glad you're busy in a good way!

KPC - best of luck with the kitchen planning! Granny, well done for hanging in there with yours!

7th day of the 2000 calories / 6 meals experiment here. Still going well, though today because of the 25km cross country run I've done, I'm hoping to chomp through 2750 calories :rotfl: (which still leaves a net of 'only' 1172). I have absolutely no idea how my body's going to react to that sort of intake :rotfl:

sarymclary: it did make me laugh, thank you:rotfl::rotfl:

kpc: great news about the kitchen, I loved planning mine. A friend gave me a great piece of advice at the time. Think about what will be in direct line of sight when you enter the kitchen. I placed my range and a lovely dresser type tall unit with leaded glass doors so that they are the first thing I see whenever I walk through the kitchen door. It still makes me smile:D

    Have a great evening all

    Sary I think a US 8 is a UK 12

Victory and Moonflower I've got a wedding this weekend too. Hadn't a clue what you were supposed to wear to them. Brought a lovely dress in the winter sales and then lost too much weigt for it to fit  so got another one on e bay that I love. Your outfits sound lovely. I hadn't really considered the food but as I've been pretty sensible this week I'm not panicking too much but have got in the habit of (mostly avoiding the bad stuff). Just got to pick a sensible meal at the Beefeater we're going to before the wedding and stick to that choice.

Speaking of clothing ... I have lots of clothes I have shrunk out of and I'm not sure what to do with them. Bit unwilling to give all of them to charity as some are hardly worn - any suggestions?

Well the OH came over for lunch today and we had our macaroni cheese, it was lovely, but don't u feel really fat after eating all that? I had some of it last night too. So next week I will either put on or I'm gonna need to work my a$$ off from now til sunday. The good news is, we had a nice meal without fighting. So a step in right direction.
