Thank you Raph for giving me the SOTW --- I don't deserve it at all though. I only lost so much because I'd put on the week before! And anyway it IS all due to the changed mindset that comes whenn BB lilacs you.

Victory that is completely pants. I'm sure that ify ou contact the bank they won't charge you as much as that. it happened to my OH a while ago and they just made a sort of token charge. Fingers crossed for you.

Feel better now, just been out for my birthday present jog (yeah it's my birthday too, hehe) - was a present because I didn't have to do the school run today, so I could run for longer ;) Did 30km, new pb distance.

Not calorie counting today. Back on it tomorrow :D

Abbey have agreed to drop the £35 charge as a goodwill gesture but we have to pay the £25 so that is not so bad;)

Happy birthday to the birthday girls.

No calorie counting for me today as I've been far too busy...but I have kept my water bottle with me all day-also did a LOT of walking as we were house hunting. AND...I put a holding deposit down on a place that I thought was lovely. It had lots of light, loads of storage...a loft, broom cupboard, hallway cupboard, built in in the bedroom-a boiler cupboard in the bathroom that has loads of "store cupboard" space, and theres a cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen has "proper" counters-not melamine covered ones and its beautiful.Okay, so there is only a shower in the bathroom-but I dont remember the last time anyone in this house used the bath-and there is enough space in the bathroom to put up a baby bath when we have the next one. And its up and down-but only the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and they're not bad stairs. So its twice a day Ill need to use them. The whole house is carpetted with this gorgeous thick soft carpets:jDefinitely NO SHOES. And we have a dishwasher:TTheres also a shed in the garden and it has lights so there must be electricity...so here's the plan. It'll be warm enough for DF to brew his beer, And I can look into getting a new fridge freezer for a)his beer after its brewed and b) my cupcakes.
the ironic thing is-its RIGHT next door to a huge wood.

I agree that £25 is better than £60, but I would push for it to be reduced to zero. If this was the first occasion and you were unaware, £25 or £60 are disproportionate to £1.36.

I think it is worth another phone call - the worst they can say is 'no'.
