KPC that's real dedication --- to SW and to your OH. Now I'm in awe of you too!

Wonder what Bails and BB did on their day out?

Thank you for the lovely b'day wishes for yesterday :D

Vix I've pm'd you :) That reminds me I should get back for another bra fitting, the last two have been a waste of time  I still feel like my body is always changing so maybe this time there will be something that fits.

I hope your weekend turns into a best case one KPC, good luck! Thank you for the kind words.

Have a good weekend everyone xx

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISSY! Thanks for all the happy birthdays everyone. I had a brilliant day yesterday, and am very happy to announce that I am now engaged! As you can imagine that means there was food and drinks galore as I really wasn't in the mood for restraint, so will not be suprised (or too upset) if I gain this week, but hope it will be a small one. Well I didnt get any work done yesterday so really need to push on today.

Talking of bra fittings, I love getting fitted and putting on a good fitting bra. La Senza posters say "the world looks bright when your bra fits right" and its so true. Must go back again before my holiday.

VICTORY - I hope your day gets better and your numbers drop back to normal range.

KPC - good luck with the weekend, hopefully the weather will be nice and you can get some nice walks in if all else fails?

    Catch everyone later.

That was a bit too low key for an announcement dmv!!!

I think what you need is something like this:

dmv - that is really wonderful news - you so deserve to find personal happiness and to build your own family life after what you went through in your childhood.
Missy - can't believe I missed your birthday - so mega b'day greetings for you both for yesterday too.

Bails and I had a brilliant time yesterday: first of all she picked me up from the station and we went back to her place where I met her menagerie and she fed me a luscious lunch. The we went to her gorgeous gym (warm yellow stone old manor house converted) were I had my first ever sauna/jacusi and steam room experience. The heat took my breath away but I did enjoy it. After the steam room we even did the 'rubbing yourself over with ice after' bit:eek:. We also had a swim. The jacusi was hilarious particularly, and we made a pact to refuse to look at all the places it was wobbling that we'd rather it wasn't:D. Talked incessantly which resulted in forgetting the time and a tense dash for my return train which I caught by the skin of my teeth. Total fab day.

Bails sends her love to anyone who knows her - and she was delighted to hear about your dla polka. She's doing well and is really busy at the mo so hasn't had so much time to be online recently.

I'll catch up with all other posts in a bit but rather pooped at the mo after and unexpectedly busy morning
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

:o Been having a bit of a relaxed week with regards to my dieting. Not actually been overeating but not always eating the best stuff (chicken burger and chips anyone?? but in my defense I couldn't finish it all). I have been permanently hungry this week and not too sure why. I am training for a sports competition twice a day but I didn't think I was actually doing that much activity. It'll be interesting to see what has happened to the scales this week, although I am tempted not to go home this week as I have to stay in work until tomorrow and not sure I can be bothered going home. Will see how I feel in the morning - maybe the draw of my own bed, the scales and the chance to finish off my bathroom will outweigh the 2 hour drive.
