    It is definitely NOT kpc's birthday - that's in January.

    Beanie - that is sad. I guess few get to our age without some loss or other of what we had hoped for. Lots of hugs. I hope you get to build more dreams that do florish beyond every hope & expectation.

    I've been very focussed today on what I have eaten:
    sw red day
    bkfast: scrambled egg & roast peppers
    lunch: tuna, more roast peppers,tomatoes,beetroot, 25g cheddar
    snacks: banana, sharon fruit
    dinner: salmon, leaf salad, toms & beetroot,
    bed snack: weetabix

    Tomorrow we have OH's family party so buffet on offer so will be off piste and then back to straigh and narrow Monday.
    I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    I just sometimes think is this it?Was at the physio the other day & now my muscle tone is even weaker & I am at a very high risk of fractures:(
