kpc maybe it is boredom who knows but I could easily cut my own arm off and eat it:rotfl::rotfl: I bought some of those magic undies from Primark and took them off because I could not breath, it took me like 20 mins to get the damn things off whilst turning blue:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I love your period door on the kitchen granny.
Is it safe to confess kpc that I have a pull out larder: came with the hse when I bought it.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Hi sary, no effort, just fun - I'm a maintainer and any loss/gain is not particularly intentional - I keep posting on here as it keeps me focused and any 'off piste' eating is always tempered by a little 'reining in' to get back on track before my weigh in day.
This week has been bad so far, a chinese takeaway, a binge on dried fruit :rotfl: and an indian meal out with friends tonight. Only two more days to get back on track - less eating and more exercise required.

Thanks for the chart raph, hope everyone is happy with their result. Isn't it funny how some weeks there are lots of good losses, and other weeks (like this week) the average is quite different. Maybe we are on more of a wave length than we all think! Right today has been rubbish and ive got no work done and been super stressy. Had 3 hours sleep last night and ended up drinking (sugar free!) red bull and eating a tesco bakery cheese straw on the way to uni to try to wake up a bit. Would really like to watch a bit of tv and chill, but think im gonna just crash instead. Will try to post something more productive tomorrow!0

thanks raph! well done mazza! hope you are feeling better bb. Just go and open and close the larder a few times, that'll make you feel better.
granny, looks like you've got you;re work cut out! i like the chad on the wall. my dad has never been forgiven for a similar thing on a wall in a previous house - he'd painted right through and finished on the fireplace and said 'thats it!' and did an x to finish. Well, the paint dried, and the x shone right out. we painted that fireplace every few months and it never did go. Every time my mum picked a fight with him it got brought up.0
