you bargain spotter victory! I will try and go to a few this summer i think, nothing beats getting up dead early and having a bacon sarnie for your efforts!

I went shopping today. Roughly 4 hours worth and i only came back with a pair of clotts!! i hope it fits cos my legs are so hairy i couldnt try them on with the dodgy curtains in topshop! Had an ice cream on the walk back home so weve had a nice day. (i wont mention the KFC i had for lunch)

FS: Sounds bliss, i fancy going to whistable for some reason. Think your mention of the beach has done it. Good luck with the DIY!

This morning I ironed for 4hrs. I can't think of much I like less than ironing, but there was 2 weeks worth to do. More washing on the line/in the machine, so it's not over yet!

I quite enjoy ironing, I find it chilling to watch TV and iron :o

Hi guys, lovely sunshine here today and my new compost bin arrived (on a sunday before a BH ) so had to empty the old one into it, very smelly but lots of effort was needed so no workout tonight. I was shocked at the amount of worms in there, my pet spider got one for a treat ;) Enjoy the BH tomorrow or the double pay if you're working :rotfl:

Not managed to go for a run today but got it all planned for tomorrow morning before I have to make a trip to the supermarket for a feather duster - which are suprisingly expensive and difficult to find. Bought loads of fruit today which I forgot to eat, so tomorrow' food is going to consist majorly of salad and fruit, will definitely get my five a day! Going to do a bit of stepper and twister during CSI.

An absolutely minimal 0.2lb loss for me which is better than my expected gain, haven't really had the most weight loss focused week this week due to being on a very dull but hard course. Less than a pound left before I drop into the next stone which'll be great.

that sucks raph. well today was my day to start sw. except their $%$£$$% website doesn't appear to be working and there is no technical support other than writing an email. I'm really cross because I left it till this week to use up cereals and stuff and the special membership offer finishes after today. I'm going to have to try and wing it today so if any sw types could cast an eye over my menu i'd appreciate it . . . .

    red day
bacon, scrambled egg and mushrooms(all either grilled o frylighted)ALL FREE + ketchup (1 syn)
wt ham and 42g cathedral city light cheese on 2 slices warbies 400g wholemeal(Free, HEA, HEB)
    apple
broccoli and rump steak, marinated in garlic, thyme and 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil(free, free, free, free, standing in for ev olive as HEB)

i've deliberately not been on in the past couple of days, been getting pate and crackers out of my system! hope you've all had a nice weekend
