Do you not have a home bargains/lidls/etc to get stuff from for DDS party?...just thought it may save a bit of money..have a good day.0
-
Afternoon Taxi - Hope that you are okay today? The only thing that is remotely like that is Poundland, we have two that I can get to fairly easily.
DD is only having a few friends round for her party most of them are cousins and I still have some bits left over from DS's birthday party that I can use up.0 -
That's good so hopefully won't eat into the budget too much.0
-
Nope, DD won't touch party food either so she'll have a proper lunch before the party and then no doubt have some chocolate birthday cake later on.
I've got the whole party down to £25-£30 including food and party bags.0 -
Wow v.v. impressed with price of party - wish I had only spent that on DD2's!

Yay it’s the weekend

A little worse for wear as I did go out last night with my old work colleagues, I didn’t buy any drinks as they bought them for me which was nice but did pay for a taxi and some chips total spent £11.99 so a very cheap night.
Jo – The big shop covers everything from freezer stuff to cleaning stuff and alcohol, I still do a top up shop the week after but what I am aiming for is to do less of the top up shops in between the big shops every month.
SH – Well done on the interview and as for the RAC, the paper work says that a refund can only be obtained 14 days after renewal and it was renewed in June, so not to sure if they’d refund?
Lula – :hello: Hope you’re okay?0 -
Have you joined in the grocery challenge - I am sure you could easily get your shopping bill down.
