    Morning,

Day off today and I am up bright and early as off out with OH's Mum for a bit which will be nice :D

Then when I get back it'll be cleaning and sorting again as really
want the flat up together by end of play today. Payday this week and as going it alone I don't want any other stresses on top of me having to be super organised money wise and work wise.

    So today -
    • Trip out with OH's mum for earlier part of day.
    • Sorting of entire flat
    • Paperwork -ensure all payments are set up (done but just want to double check)
    • Eat sensibly
    • 30 min run if able
Boring but needed stuff. Have a good day all,

    K xx

Well didn't manage to do everything, OH's mum kept me out in the shops until about 4pm! Was a nice day though and only spent money on buying two bday cards so am rather proud of myself :D

Have made a start on flat, it's much better. Now off to tackle my bedroom....joy

    K xx

P.S - getting nervous about going it alone, just worried as not dealt with creditors for well over a year and now will have too....i'm a big girl though, sure i'll be ok!

Very true SH....i'm kinda looking forward to actually dealing with it all myself in the sense I know what's going on. I'm really hoping it the first step into becoming debt free and sooner rather than later. xx

    Hiya Karen
Glad you enjoyed your hols. We were off too and had a fab time, it's a wee bit of a downer being back though, but never mind, if we were on holiday all the time we'd soon get bored I guess!
Re going it alone, keep positive, you are an intelligent woman, just look upon it as another job, you will be fine.

Thanks Primula! I know I am being silly, I will be fine. I think it's just because the control has been out of my hand for nearly two years it'll be different again and so unorganised at the minute. Seem to be getting on top of it now though so really hoping to make a difference over next few months. xx

 I thought my debt was going to be sub £50K but its note  Still it is close and will be by the end of August. Feeling very much up for the challenge now and have managed to get lots sorted during lunch break so now ready to go.

Will update my total debt in signature in a mo. Aim for this month is fairly simple, earn more and spend less, tight month money wise so no overpayments and also don't want to rock the boat with creditors just yet.

From August I will start to overpay and clear some debts - woo hoo!

Managed to stick to my plan of action today apart from the healthy eating, but wasn't too bad to be honest and went for 30 min run which is great.

Tomorrow is payday so will be able to sit down and work a real plan of action re money then, going to be a tight month so not really too much to plan at the moment.
