    Afternoon,

Not doing too bad so far been a busy girl. Sat down for a bit of an afternoon chill out now :D

Still got a few more bits and bobs to do but i'm getting there.

Aim this month is to survive on £25 per week - this is to couter the damage done this weekend spends and try and cut down on expenditure. Fingers crossed I manage it.

Also setting myself a challenge to match or beat my overtime total for June payday. So my aim for July payday is 31 hours or more. Hoping I can do it. Overtime is sporadic but I will try my best!

Also setting myself a weight loss target of at least 7lbs by next pay day - gives me a month so should be able to do this.

Off to search for some freebies now!

Ok, managed to do everything on my list so far apart from 30 mins exercise and finishing off the eating sensibly all day....have dinner to go yet. :j Very pleased with myself.

Enjoying having Mondays off, getting used to the four day weeks every other week. Thank goodness for new ways of working :T

Pending the rain I may go for a run later or if not a dvd in living room will suffice. Although I think a complete clean of the flat must equate to 30 mins exercise....surely :p

Should be a NSD for me, no need to go out in this miserable weather and have lots of food in. Should have a totally NS week the way things are going....need it to. I don't have any plans apart from trip to office in London Thursday (fares already accounted for) and maybe a catch up with friends at the weekend which may result in takeaway but other than that I have no plans apart from lots of sensible eating, exercise and working from home.

Going to chill out now and watch a little television. Back later xx

Woo hoo.......i've finished my list :j:j:j Just got back from a 30 minute run :T:T:T

That's my whole list done today as have had me healthy dinner too :D

OH is now at work, must say it's nice to have a little time and space to myself. I feel bad saying that but i'm loving just chilling on the couch watching trash tv - OH hates it :p

Now need to focus on my efforts on more money saving/making. The overtime sessions must start again, had a nice break from it due to it not being available but I think there should be some available this week and with any luck some more at the weekend but not getting my hopes up!

    Now for tomorrows list......
    1. No spend day
    2. Eat sensibly
    3. 30 mins exercise
    4. Full days work - from home
    5. Daily scratch card
    6. Check online banking
That's all I can think of for now. Maybe some more to add later or tomorrow.....

I feel on fire.......well my legs do anyway as killing from the run :rotfl: Must stretch out better next time!

It's only one day - got to keep it up for longer than this. What is it they say, you have to do something for 28 days for it to become a habit???? Or something like that....i'll give it a go though!

Sounds like a good day for you Karen! Well done, keep it going! Not sure about the 28 day thing though, I did a detox for 28 days and now can't stop eating junk, ha! Back to square one for me I think!

Have a nice night, logging off soon to have some me time x

:rotfl:i'd be the same after a detox - craving junk!! I'm trying to take a sensible approach, healthy low fat eating and exercise following Rosemary Conley recipes, suggestions and then exercising a little bit more regularly than I normally would. Fingers crossed it'll work.

    Enjoy your me time....xx
