I'm having a pineapple ice cream thing. I've had some brown spotting which I am blaming on me washing clothes in the bath. Clever idea at the time. Only a tiny amount, and I had it on and off with DS2 so not worried.
Have the dishes to finish as MIL is up tomorrow to watch the kids while we got to the hospital and she will 'helpfully' do them for me and go on about it for weeks.0 -
Evening ladies- still no sign of bubs coming anytime soon. I have midwife appointment tomorrow afternoon so will find out what there plan of action is regarding going overdue.0

Hello all! X
Sorry you had a bad day Krystal. XXX
Me and OH are doing the mortgage form tonight, just managed to get in before the rate rise and the papers came today but have to be back Thursday. Hate doing things in a rush.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
During my pregnancy I was sick the whole way through - from about 4 weeks until the day after my twins were born! I found waking up a bit before getting up made a bit of a difference, my husband would bring me a drink and a piece of toast or rich tea biscuit in bed. I also found sipping really really cold ginger beer helped too.
To be honest nothing stopped it but these things did help a bit. Try and do all you can to make sure that anything you are eating and managing to keep down is a healthy as possible, and take in as much fluids as possible. I really know it's not fun but it's worth it in the end!0 -

feelie, I think they discuss contraception with you at your six week check up and expect you to use condoms until then (if you are feeling human enough in those six weeks to contemplate any need for them!)..
Don't bank on this, you don't even get a six week check up around here!

Hello everyone,
can I join in please? I've been lurking for months nowI'm 16 weeks pregnant today, so far enough along, I hope!
Went to see the midwife today, but didn't get to hear the heartbeat (was a little disappointed, as I thought I might get to for the first time) and my arms just did not seem to want to give them any blood (so they had to resort to the syringe!) but apart from that, bump and I seem to be doing okay
I'm sorry to hear of the bad news for a number of you - I know none of you know me as I've not posted here before, but I feel like I know you all as I've been reading for so long now.
I am also a member of the icecream club, having just finished my tub of caramel cinnamon waffle icecream0 -
