Hello elle yes, this is mine and my OHs first baby, and we're so excited! Oh, and I meant to say that my due date is the 22nd September so I'll be matching a couple of other ladies here :j

Edit: going to edit this so I don't build up the page too much my first time posting :rolleyes: Hi Glamazon - Is it sad to say that I've been lurking here since just before I got pregnant? I feel like a stalker now It'll be nice to have a few people due so near to when I am - can really compare notes. though I am a liiiiiiittle jealous: i haven't felt my baby yet! but I am 'well padded' so I think that may be my excuse

I wouldn't worry about posting too much - this is the 3rd thread since I joined!

I am sure I've felt a few kicks today but I'm not sure - right now I have like a crampy pain across my gut. I am hoping it is just stretching pains - I worry especially with all the bad news we've had on here recently.

Oooh the pain!

Stuck a pad on, no more leakage, so probably just one of the other fluids pregnancy seems to make appear. Shall keep an eye on it, was only a small leak.

Pain is pretty bad, combination of tightness, period like cramps at the bottom and radiating to my back. Had a bath, which helped a little but not that much!

Cut OHs hair, made the house acceptable to visitors (some things you don't want helpful parents to find!) and am now cooking roast sweet potato and chicken. I'm ready now, so if it is 'something', its alright. Apart from the carseat, but Halfords is open from 9am till 8pm tomorrow.

I said I wouldn't panic at every twinge, and what am I doing, panicking at every twinge!

Sorry for being so self absorbed.

I'm up in the North East of scotland, in Aberdeenshire. I'm originally from Northern Ireland, but my hubby is a Scot and I moved here about 9 years ago.
