Seems 1500 is the mark that needs to be attained in order to get a Gold Card

What about the Cashplus? It's a pre-paid gold debit card and comes with Section 75 protection and you could also build your credit rating with it.

Problem is its not discrete. Vanquis haven't printed their name on the front of the gold card (the old ones that is, don't know what the new ones look like).

The new ones are gold and white with both Vanquis and Gold on them

    Thanks for the response
Only had 1 increase in the whole year from £250 to £750 at 6 month point so I guess they may increase or may not push my limit to £1250 or over

Will see what happens statement due in the next few days that would be the full year..May apply for a new card at my Bank HSBC and close Vanquis.

Most customers had a increase from
£250 to £500 then so on were I had mine from £250 to £750 anyone else with that kind of increase.

Never missed a payment paid in Full each month..over the year found them real nice to deal with.

NO! That's not moneysaving - a card you pay for tut tut :naughty:

I am anti-cashplus, sorry! There are free cards out there, never pay for such a con.... The credit rating thing is a farce, it really doesn't do much and deffo not worth paying for and waiting a year to for the off chance that a sub prime lender (aqua/cap1/vanquis) may accept you..... :D
    :o 2010 - year of the troll :o

Niddy - Over & Out
