This would be very handy.
I would be handy but they do not offer online banking, however you can pay your bills online.

Online banking will be around later in 2010 apparently!
Their card design and website has just been updated - and like you point out, you can pay online - all that is left is moving the accounts 'online'. Rumour suggests later this year before we'll see the changes!2010 - year of the troll

I have always paid on time, used the card for purchases even one cash advance, i have 6 accounts on my credit file all Satisfactory with the oldest being my current account opened early september 2009.
However I do have 34 credit searches on my experian, 14 on equifax will this mean I wont get £500 limit this month?

That won't necessarily affect any increase. Good payment history and not going overlimit helps with Vanquis. :T2010 - year of the troll

Just counting down till the next statement is produced! I didn't know the score that could be cool as I always keep up to date & have never been a penny over the limit.Studio 24 Balance £50 credit! Limit £1

Got my card in February this year, started with £250 limit, increased to £500 in May, and then £1250 in September! Always pay more than the minimum payment, APR is 34.080% and cash/cheque rate is 41.200%.
Hope this helps!
Just thought I'd update - Vanquis have increased my limit to £1500 and sent me out a gold card - I also noticed my APR has also gone up to 41% from 34% when I first got my card nearly a year ago, and cash/cheque rate has also gone up (can't remember what to though, probably 50% or something silly like that)...0 -

Why would they put up your APR after increasing your limit and giving you a gold card.....2010 - year of the troll

I have no idea. I couldn't find any other rate change letters or details of different rates on the previous credit limit increase letters either.
I'm sure I read on here that someone else got a higher APR with a higher limit on the Vanquis card?
I haven't had any extra credit/finance elsewhere since I applied and got the card, nor any extra adverse info on my credit files as far as I'm aware. Very weird...0 -
My APR was bumped from 34% to 40% about a year in with the card too0
