It has been 11 months exactly since I signed up. How do I cancel & go back to BT? I want to do this properly to ensure that Primus don't carry on charging me the £5/month Saver fee!

Call BT on 0808 100 4041 and they will arrange switchback.

if you get a letter from Primus about Carrier Preselection Deactivation it would appear that means you are nearing the end of the initial 12-month contract period. Or that's what they told me.
And yes they were planning to end the contract 14 days before the end of the contract period (for me) and not credit the £15 rebate.
I've told them I want to stay until further notice.
They've advised that after the fourth £15 rebate is credited, I can ask for a refund if the balance is more than £10 in credit, or alternatively I have to use any credit as "free" calls at a rate of £3 per month as they won't refund it.

A little dodgy I think. I'm staying on until after the fourth £15 has been credited and I'll try and get a refund after that.
Indecision is the key to flexibility :)

Does that also cancel my contract with Primus, where I am currently paying them for a monthly subscription? Or do I need to contact Primus directly?
