Thanks for all of your welcomes! :j
Buggalugs, I'm hoping to grow some veggies this year too, we only have a little courtyard but mum has potted me up some herbs to get me started!
Candygirl - how exciting! Is it her first? My best friend had hers recently and was 2 weeks overdue, I'm sure that won't happen with your DD though!
Goodluck with the interview Moggins!
Csarina, don't worry, my bedroom looks like a bomb has hit it! We have about four piles of washing all around the place, but at least only me and OH have to see that room! :rotfl:
I'm juggling OS with weight watchers, but am thinking that this type of living could help with the weight loss, as I'm already eating more veg and bulking up on soups. Has anyone else found that? xMortgage when started (Dec 2013): £157,272.50

I imagine not long. In fact, if she is bursting with energy I would say that by tomorrow we should have significant news! Good luck, I am rooting for you both.
Buggalugs - I love your name. It is what my late grandmother used to call me. It is pretty safe on here, and you are almost certainly doing more than I am. Welcome.
I've just bought little bear a little jacketIt's a lightweight thing, ideal for the spring, half price at £4. Apparently a lot of Matalan stuff is being reduced significantly. In my store I heard someone talking about fleece jackets being reduced by 75% tomorrow. I intend to be in at 9am as they are just the thing for my darling uncle.
And the Numberjacks sticker book. Little bear asked for it so nicely, I couldn't refuse, and it wasn't even reduced.
Five minute sanity saver nearly up - I had better get back and see if little bear has worked out stickers yet. :eek:Ankh Morpork Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons - don't let my flame go out!0 -

How is his speech coming on?0 -
How is his speech coming on?
Hmm. Well, he pointed very clearly at the book and made a polite query noise, like hm? He didn't get cross or anything, so little bear got the book (good behaviour rewarded).
He is making more sounds, and is doing a creditable attempt at 'blue'. At the moment the only consonant he seems interested in is 'b' - I have heard him make other sounds, but he is not bothering at the moment.
The speech therapist said that he is doing okay and it is obvious he is understanding words so not to stress. Little bear is also teaching himself Makaton from when he watches television so the speech therapist said to continue with that and has sent details of a course. We see the speech therapist again in May. Meanwhile I am spending five minutes at a time going 'd, d, d' and I am just getting The Look.

Sybil LOL, DD1 didn't speak for ages, I was panic stricken as she was my first, she didn't even do the babbling or mum mum sounds like most little ones, eventually I was sat reading a picture book to her and she suddenly pointed to the picture and spoke her first word - it was FISH!! The second one came immediately afterwards and was lorry! Both very clearly pronounced. Awkward little beggar never shut up after that. She did have a couple of funny ones though. Giraffe became reeraf and a crocodile was a dandan (apparently she thought crocodiles were dragons)0
