I would recommend Fonebank to recycle your phone too. Very quick and easy service. Received the cheque I was quoted online within a few days even during the Royal Mail strikes.

I purchased for £5, a new phone case just so my phone reached the top price. Maybe worth doing if anyone is unsure about sending a phone that is too badly scratched etc.

Great service, recommend!!!

sent my samsung to them less than 2 weeks ago and have a nice shiny £75 cheque in my pocket already. no faults at all with them.

Once again I am SHOCKED (in a very very good way).

Sent my phone special delivery on Wednesday. Had an e-mail Thursday 12:30 to say they had received it (before Royal Mail could even tell me it had been delivered) and got home tonight and the cheque is sat there waiting.

These guys are fantastic!!!

I searched on this site on monday 16th nov looking for the best price for my n95 8GB after checking the reviews I decided to try Fonebank, turned out to be the best decision. I got a price of £114 on monday sent the phone by special delivery £5.40 on tuesday received an E-Mail on wednesday confirming delivery and got my check for £114 on thursday 2 day turn around you cant ask for better than that. well done fonebank.

Very impressed with service. Very clear instructions- chose to send my phone using recorded delivery rather than the optional Freepost. Received cheque within a week of sending the phone and got cashback from topcashback as well.

I posted my fully working Nokia 6500 slide in a jiffy bag on Sat 21 Nov 09, after following their easy instructions and printing off an invoice to enclose. I got a confirmation email on Mon 23 Nov, then an email tellingme my cheque was on its way. My cheque for the quoted price of £46 today, 24 Nov. Can't fault em! :T:T:T

They say no, its in our T&C's we never send them back......how ridiculous! £55 is not enough and I want to see the damage for myself to decide, it was perfect when it went! I can't and there is nothing I can do according to them. This is very one sided and unfair.
