Sent my phone on Friday 24th March 2009, Fonebank received on Tuesday 31st March 2009, cheque in my bank by Thursday 2nd April 2009.

Having sent many phones over the past few months I've yet to have one rejected, or have a phone's value adjusted due to perceived damage.

Definitely my favourite company, not always offering the best prices but very quick to dispatch payment and not that bothered (it would seem based on past experience) about scratches.

Have just used Fonebank for first time, will definately use them again. Posted phone to then Tuesady am, Express Delivery. Received cheque for full amount Thursday am.

As a first time phone recycler, I checked the prices on offer and then the feedback from other users on this forum.

I chose Fonebank as they offered £75 for my old Nokia N78.

Sent it special delivery by Royal Mail (£5.40) this Monday and the cheque for the full amount arrived Wednesday, despite the heavy snow (I assumed it might have affected delivery times) - absolutely astonished at the speed and service of this company.

PS I found that first time Fonebank users currently get £3 cashback by using Quidco, a real unexpected bonus :T

I sent a working Blackberry 8300 to the Freepost address (got a proof of posting from the P.O.) and received a cheque within a week or so for the amount advertised on the webiste. Also got email updates as my phone was processed.

No problems at all -- brilliant service! :T

Excellent service. As i had a non-working phone which the site said was worth only £12 i decided to post it using the freepost option but got proof of postage from the post office. i posted it on monday, had an email on Friday to say they'd received it and a cheque arrived on Saturday, for £25.00, the working price! Perhaps they'd got it working? Anyway, very impressed.

I sent my old iPhone in August as an advisor in o2 had told me about it.

Got £100 for it They also sent emails at every stage to tell me what was happening i.e they had received it, my cheque had been sent etc etc.

Really impressed with fonebank and the service I recieved, send 2 old phones to them on monday after reading good reviews on this site, did opt for the special delivery option so had to pay little extra. But recived email saying phones had arrived tuesday and cheque for full amount quoted on website arrived wed! wow was fast n very easy!! would definetly recommend!! thanks :T

I sent three old mobiles to Fonebank on 14/01 after reading the very positive feedback on this site.

Received the cheque for £100 on 16/01 after a confirmation e mail yesterday. This included the full price for a working Nokia N82.

Excellent service, highly recommended.

I sent my phones off on Friday (not open on a Saturday) they received them on Monday, at 1pm received the email and just got home and found the cheque waiting for me. Very impressed great coms and super fast service.:beer:
