Read the reviews on this company & decided to try them as the price was good for my N95 & an old Samsung.....

Nice & smooth through their website, sent the phones SD friday, got an email monday lunchtime stating the phones were ok & cheque to be posted, came home tonight & cheque is here

I was quoted 115 pounds for my phone. I sent it off and the next day, I got an email saying they had recieved it and the cheque was on the way. The day after the cheque arrived for the full amount! I did get quoted 125 pounds by a few of the other companies on here, but when I checked their feedback it was awful, so I decided to go with fone bank. I was also really impressed because my phone was not in great condition, the screen had a small crack and the corner was a bit chipped. I would not hesitate in using this company again.

Sent a very tatty but working N95 last Saturday using Freepost. The phone was about two and a half years old and well used, scratches on the case and some buttons so worn the plastic was showing through. Received acknoledgement email Wednesday and cheque next day for full amount. Very pleased!

Another satisfied customer here. Sent my old Nokia N95 to Fonebank on Thursday, and a cheque arrived in the post on Saturday morning. I can't quite believe how quickly they sent it. No complaints from here.

Fonebank have sent a cheque as per quote really quickly:T. Good timely email to confirm phone receipt. Tracked transaction in Topcashback so hopefully that will pay out also! I would totally recommend Fonebank to anyone (unlike love2recycle who I've just posted a review about - total nightmare with them). So impressed I'm going to use them again today!:D

I posted my mobile on Monday and the check for the full amount was through my letterbox on the Wednesday. You cant get much better than that.:j

Marvellous service again from Fonebank.

After initially sending an old Samsung phone to rivals love2recycle, I got a call to inform me it "had no power" and was offered a derisory lower trade in valuation by love2recycle so I demanded they returned the phone. I then sent it to Fonebank who have sent a cheque as per quote really quickly :T. With another tracked transaction in Topcashback it was a very competitive return. Yet again I would totally recommend Fonebank to anyone (and advise people to avoid love2recycle).

Sent my 3 year old Nokia 6300 off to fonebank after it was valued at a very reasonable £33.50. I sent my phone off on the 8th February and received an email saying they had got my phone the next day. I received my cheque today (12th February) for the amount said so overall took 4 days from sending the phone to getting the cheque. I was offered £35 and £38 from two other companies but after reading their feedback I decided to go with Fonebank and am very glad I did. Well done!

Fantastic service!

I used mobilevaluer.com to find the best price for my phone, then went through topcashback to Fonebank to get my £3 cashback (which tracked the next day).

I placed the order on Wednesday (17/2), posted the phone by Special Delivery on Thursday (18/2), received an email confirming it had arrived on Friday (19/2) and received my cheque in the post this morning (Saturday 20/2).

I highly recommend Fonebank.
