  • Have just used this company for the first time and have to say that i'm very impressed.

Posted it to them using the Freepost address, better than waiting for an envelope.

Cheque was sent through just 5 days after I had posted it.

OK It was only £10 . But the price was the same as any other but the feeback was the thing that swung it for me

I'm now sending the same positive feedback

    Use these with confidence:T

Fonebank wasn't the highest payer for my mobile. However, after reading the reviews on this website, I decided to take a lesser payment for a better service. I wasn't disappointed!

I sent my mobile on 31st March by recorded delivery, I received a confirmation of delivery on 1st April and received my cheque on the 3rd April. (2nd April was a bank hol, therefore, no post so I assume would have received it on the 2nd.)

I received a cheque for the amount I was quoted, there was no fuss or bother. I would use this company again if was to sell another mobile and would recommend to anyone also.

Registered on site after reading feedback from here and checking they offered best price for my phones. Sent off my old phones on Tuesday using Freepost, received email confirming receipt Thursday, received cheque for full amount quoted on Friday. Phones a bit old and battered with some sticky keys etc but still paid full amount, even though one was locked with security pin number I had forgotten! Think the key thing to remember is that the phone must be charged up so they can check it works - most problems seem to be with uncharged phones which these companies classify as broken - suppose if I were getting loads a day I wouldn't be prepared to charge them up either!

I booked in my old Sony Ericsson W810i at the end of the week before last, and was quoted £17.50. Sent it off (recorded - but to the freepost address) and got a cheque back in 4 days. Was a bit nervous as I normallty use Mazuma, but wanted to get some Quidco cashback so took a chance, and it paid off. Would happily use them again.

Professional...efficient...simply the best! I hand delivered my iPhone 3G 8gb phone to Fonebank on Tuesday before 1pm and they sent me a txt saying they had received my phone at 1.34pm I received my cheque on Thursday afternoon and it cleared through my bank on the Monday morning. Fantastic, honest service and I say a big THANK YOU to Fonebank...I paid the cheque directly into my my credit card which helped!!!!:j:T

For the third time in a row I have used these guys despite them offering slightly less cashback than one competitor.

Send the phone special delivery, the following working day I got an e-mail to say they had received it and cheque was on its way.

Next day the cheque turned up... once again I am SHOCKED how good these guys are. Long may it continue.
  • I sold two phones to FoneBank back in Jan. As I realised the address was really close to my work and I was leaving the country for a few months I simply dropped by and delivered the phones. They were extremely friendly and the cheques went sent to me the next day. Would definitely use again!

Totally agree. Great service from them. They were the joint highest price on my old Mobile. It was a bit worn but fully working. Posted it to them Friday, e-mail from them confirming it on Wednesday and got e-mail and cheque back Thursday. Couldn't be better!
