Excellent service - sent two ancient Nokias off freepost on Thurs, got an email off them on Sat and a £20 cheque on Tuesday - can't argue with that. Highly recommended.

having just used fonebank to recycle an old phone of mine, i must say im amazed at just how efficient they are. sent my phone in on the thursday and had a cheque on the tuesday. cant be bad !!!:j:j

Sent off my wifes Nokia 6220c as Fonebank came out the highest. Total turnaround around 5 working days. Very good service.

I'd just like to say these are one of the best phone recyclers that I have dealt with. I posted my phone to them on Saturday, had an e-mail on Monday morning to say it had been received and the cheque for the full amount was received Tuesday morning.
Although not the highest offer, having read reviews of problems with other sites, I decided that I'd be happier going with them.
I'm so glad I did. I'll certainly use them again.

I sent off my Nokia 5800 to Fonebank on Friday based on the posts on here. The phone was received yesterday, my cheque came through the post this morning. Amazing service and I will certainly use them again.

I sent off 3 mobile phones to three companies using the valuations on this site. All companies confirmed the onsite valuation. Fonebank were the fastest to reply with a confirmation of reciept and the fastest to post a cheque. No hassles or queries about condition. Full marks!

Sent my Nokia 5800 in a jiffy bag, by Special Delivery on Wednesday. Got an email off them Thursday to say they had received the phone and the cheque would be on the way. Received the cheque Friday! Fantastic service. Thanks for the advice on here. Will definitely use this company again.

I had to pay £5.50 postage, but it is worth it for a £70 phone. I recouped more than that anyway by selling the box, manual and charger/accessories separately on eBay for £9!

Well pleased. Now the proud and happy owner of a brilliant iPhone 4 too :j
