After reading the reviews on the MSE Forums for all the companies that quoted - I chose to use Fonebank. They were not offering the most, however, they seemed to be the only one that consistently got good reviews.

I charged mine up before sending in (via Special Delivery just to be sure!). Posted my Nokia 6210 Navigator on Monday, received a confirmation message of receipt at 10am on Tuesday and the cheque for what they had quoted (£71) arrived on Wednesday! Absolutely brilliant service!:T

Used Fonebank 2 weeks ago. Sent phone freepost, got e-mail within 2 days to say all ok and a cheque 3 days later.

I was very impressed with Fonebank. The cheque arrived 5 days after posting the phone (including a weekend) & for the agreed £27. Receipt of the phone was acknowledged promptly by email.

i sent just the phone by itself, forgot to include my order number or anything. they identified it through the return address on the back of the envelope (my home address) and dispatched the cheque which i got within a week. perfect

Very impressed with the service from Fonebank. Sent my phone using the Freepost address on Saturday (obtained proof of posting from PO), received email the following working day to say phone had arrived with them and they would be sending my cheque. The cheque arrived today so very fast turnaround :T

Also used quidco for £3 sign up cashback.

Sent my phone last week using the freepost address, they sent me and email confirming receipt received my cheque yesterday. Very smooth and easy to use, thanks fonbanker
