  • Sent my fairly battered (but working) C902 in Monday recorded delivery, got a confirmation email tuesday stating they had received it and that the cheque would be with me shortly. Got the cheque today for £40.00 as stated on their website.

    Very happy with this service! will be sending another phone in next week.
    This thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.
  • Sent my Nokia n95 8gb on Monday by Special Delivery, got confirmation on Tuesday and the cheque for £117 on Wednesday.

    I'd certainly recommend them.
  • Sent another batch of phones this week, for some reason they made a mistake with one of the orders but that was quickly rectified with a phone call.

    Good stuff!
  • Very good one and had no problem with it, got the cheque back really quickly all sorted!!
  • Sent my N95 off last Monday and got my £89 cheque back by the Friday.

    Really chuffed as I had to change the screen about a year ago and lost a screw + damaged the case. Fonebank did not penalise me however!

    I sent my phone to them, perfectly working, website quoted £115.

    They say it has a broken screen when it arrived and then said I'd get £55. I said no thanks, send it back please.

    They say no, its in our T&C's we never send them back......how ridiculous! £55 is not enough and I want to see the damage for myself to decide, it was perfect when it went! I can't and there is nothing I can do according to them. This is very one sided and unfair.

  • When you send you phone in, do you have to send all the chargers etc? ive kept all my boxes for the phones with instruction manuals. Do you have to make sure they are charged? What do they do with them anyway??????????????

    You just need to send the phone nothing else. I have just used this company, sent two Nokia N95 phones on Monday, got an e-mail Tuesday to say they had received the phones and even with the postal strike got the cheque Saturday. They are a fab company and I will be using them again, marks out of 10 for everything to do with this company 10. One word of advice send the phone well packed and by special delivery, we did.
    A smile is given to brightened up everyones day.

    Used these guys the other week not sure what to expect.... lots of promises on their site but I always think the worst...

    Sent phone on Friday, it arrived Monday and had an e-mail Monday afternoon to say the same.

    Cheque arrived on Thursday - I was shocked at such fast service.... unbelievable.

    Will definitely be using them again in future.
