Posted phone Thursday lunchtime received an email confirming full payment the next day.

Cant fault them at all really. I'm very Happy and will def use again in the future!

Was intially going to use mobilephonexchange but decided against it after reading the negative reviews here.

Sent my HTC Desire yesterday via special delivery and got an email confirmation today saying phone received, bank transfer is on its way. Very happy with experience so far :T

I posted:T two phones by Special delivery on a Wednesday and received a cheque for the full amount quoted on the Saturday. Excellent fast service.

I posted 2 phones on them on 13th, got an email confirming their receipt on 15th and bank transfer made. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Can't fault these guys at all. Sent the phones by special delivery, money was in my bank the next day! I wish all companies operated as efficiently as these guys!

Given a valuation of £142 for my 2 year old iPhone 3GS 16gb .... top estimate. Registered on the website, posted the phone by special delivery just before 5pm on Monday, received an email confirming they had received my phone and had sent the payment of £142 to my bank account by Tuesday lunchtime and the funds had cleared into my account by Thursday morning. FANTASTIC SERVICE, really impressed! :T:T:T:T:T

Posted phone on Monday - email & payment sent on Tuesday, due to land in my account tomorrow - can't fault the service!!

Worth noting that if your phone is valued at less than £41 you can send it by recorded delivery and have full coverage rather than spending the extra few pounds for special delivery! Mine was only worth £36 so spending an extra £5.90 really didn't appeal
