Don't know why you wasted money on recorded either; if it goes missing they pay up on a certifacte of posting, which is free.0

Used them thrice now and have been brilliant - quick turnaround. Cheque received within one week of posting. Highly recommended. They offered a bit less but after reading the reviews on the higher paying companies, I decided to go for safer than more money!I have learnt that living life to the fullest gives you a much better high than alcohol or drugs !0

Used them twice before and about to use them again
Worth noting when I compared the value of my old phone, :money: Valuer did not have my phone on it, despite me fairly new. So I went direct to Phone Banker.

Cash in bank account Thursday morning :T :T
Fast, efficient and trouble-free. Highly commended
Don't forget to go in via TopCashBack and earn and an extra £30 -
Excellent service - all done and dusted within 10 days. Took a bit longer than RPC Recyle so ........ if you're willing to wait a bit longer and use your own envelope then they system certainly works if these guys are giving more cash for your phone.0

Just to echo what everyone has said. Great service, quick payment via bank transfer, and one of the highest cash back rates for my phone (Nokia 5800). Also used the freepost address which worked out fine.
Would definitely use again with confidence.0 -
Excellent experience, with my Nokia 5800, valued at £51. Not heard of these guys previously. Logged on their website, entered my details. No envelope, just posted off my 'phone to the freepost address using a second-hand amazon box. Used the post office 'proof of posting' service for free, to give me up to £41 cover. Did not hear back for a full 7 days, but then had 2 emails the same day to acknowledge receipt and say my cheque was in the post. This arrived 2 days later. Recorded delivery is quicker, but costs. One happy bunny.0

Also used Fonebank based on this forum advice. No problems, swift and courteous response. (Also used RPC for a different phone, would recommend as well).
All in all, pleasantly surprised.0
