I used them for a HTC Magic with 'crashed' corners after I dropped it (however fully working & undamaged screen). They received the phone last Friday and I got my cheque today. After reading the comments hear I was sceptical so videoed it working, however there were no problems.

No problems at all with money4mymobile.
sent phone friday, email comfirming received monday, recieved cheque following moday for correct amount.
Quidco tracked as well.
£97 for O2 ignito well happy for a rubbish handset.

I wish I had read this forum before I sent my phones to Money4mymobile!

Sent two phones one working and one not. I received my pack quickly so sent both, wrapped in bubble wrap, by recorded delivery. I got the email saying they have received my phones but then nothing. After a couple of weeks I called them and was told that the unique reference code (P UK?) for the broken phone was missing so they would not be paying for it. I asked for it to be returned to me which it was.

This was a contract phone and my husband nor I would NEVER remove a label from inside the phone - it was definatley there when I sent it.

Furthermore, I am still waiting for my cheque after 3 weeks - their paperwork clearly says "You will receive your payment withing 7 days of us receiving your phones(s)" Surely a breach of contract?

Really impressed with this company. Offered slightly less than the best but terms and conditions better so I chose them. Sent phone special delivery Wednesday. Confirmation e mail on Friday. Confirmation of payment on Monday. Cheque arrived Wednesday.

I'm planning on selling my iPhone 3G S 32GB and money4mymobile are offering me £282.. but i dont trust them?

Has anyone used them?

8 Days later got a cheque for £170

I got a quote, and a confirmation email, and emailed them asking where on their site I could print my own delivery label (as I didn't want them delaying their postage, which would mean the offer period would expire).

No reply to the email, and, 2 weeks later, no prepaid envelope (or anything else) from them.

Just had my cheque, recycled a HTC Touch Diamond. Site said £75.25 for a working phone, envelope arrived about a week later, confirmation email that they'd received it 3 days later, cheque 6 days after that. Very pleased! Even more pleased as when I tried the same site via quidco instead of MSE, they quoted £25 less... So went through MSE and got full price - thank you!

I used this site back in April, I ordered a welcome pack via website and opted for the money to be paid directly to my bank account. I received the welcome pack next day, sent off the phone and received confirmation email 2 days later then money in the bank following day.

I would have had no hesitation in using them again until I came to this discussion, now, I don't know whether to send my iPhone or not !!!
