Add your feedback on Mobile Recycler Love2recycle

I too was slightly misled by the whole feedback thing, I saw the good feedback and went through and sent off my phone... not received anything and they say they've not got it, and its only now I've come here and realised they don't have good feedback at all. So what I'm guessing good feedback means is that there is enough feedback here for you to make you mind up, not neccessarily actual good feedback! Really need to sort that on the mobile phone calculator thing or lots more people are gonna be very dissappointed!

Hmmm. Sent my N95 3 weeks ago. Called 2 weeks ago and told that cheque was sent. Still nothing, called again today and told that there was a delay in sending the cheques and that it was sent last Thursday. This is now the 4th week since sending. Avoid.



Ooops! Cheque just arrived for £106 their published price plus £5 voucher.

I too used the phone finder and found that Love 2 Recycle was offering £5 more than Mazuma for the same handset. I have used Mazuma successfully before so wouldn't have thought twice about using them again but the finder declared that the company had good feedback so I trusted MoneySavingExpert and sent my phone to them instead.

I will give them time to turn my handset around before I start making assumptions but I am a bit dissapointed at MoneySavingExpert for effectively recommending this company when the forum has months worth of complaints about them :mad:

Used them twice recently. Envelopes arrived day after requesting them, great e-mail contact throughout and had cheques within 10 days of sending the phones off.

No complaints from me at all.

Sorry I didn't post again sooner - I forgot my password!

Well in the end Love2recycle got my cheque to me in around 10 days - slower than Mazuma but if they are offering more for a particular handset, I would use them again.

I would never use this company - my mobile which I fully charged and was working before sending, was apparently faulty and they decided to send me a cheque for only £1...

I had replied to the e-mail asking them to check their decision but they never did and just sent the cheque to us.

Well they've had my phone since Monday now and still no word.

Their 7 day cash promise is obviously complete bull.

Compare to Mazuma who had a cheque on the way to me the same day they received my phone and I can safely say unless they offered at least £10 more for a phone I would use Mazuma everytime

And I can't log in to the website, something very dodgy going on, have they gone under?

Used Love 2 Recycle through the Money supermarket site in August. Was given the highest price out of all sites i looked on. My cheque was sent out after 7 days of receiving my phone. V.Impressed with service! Would recommend! :j
