Id just like to say thanks to Money4urMobile and more specifically Ruth for helping to sort out my missing £5 bonus which is now no longer missing and is being credited to my account!
Many thanks Ruth...... :TSo many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable Christopher Reeve (1953-2004)0 -
Hi All,
As to promotional codes, these are still valid up to 30 days of end date to allow people plenty of time to get them in
Hi M4urM - Martins post says m4m002 expires on 22nd May. Can we still use this then?
Thanks
(and BTW, great to see a company representing themselves on here!)0 -
Hi all,
I read some of the negative feedback on this thread and wondered if I should use Money4urMobile or not but decided to give them a go. I was quoted £27 for my Sony Ericsson k800i plus the £5 voucher on top. I took several screen grabs of the quotes etc just in case.
Rather than waiting for the jiffy bag I printed the freepost label myself and used a padded envelope I had to hand. Wrapped the phone in a plastic bag just in case.
I went to the post office and paid the extra 85p on top to get it sent recorded which seems to be well worth doing.
On Friday I received an email thanking me for recycling my phone and telling me I'd recieve the full £32 into my bank within 7 days. Not bad for a well used k800 that I only paid £30 for when I bought it off my friend a year ago..
So, all in all I'm very happy with Money4urMobile and would use them again if the price were right. I think the precautions I took were well worth it whichever recycling service you're using though. That or I just got lucky.
Thanks Money4urMobile!! :T0 -

Hi,
The theory is you can't use the promo code when registering a phone to send after the 22cnd May, but you have 30 days to send in any phones after this day to send in orders that have the promo code within it. So, if you've already used the code when creating your order number, it will be honoured up to 30days. If not, sorry.... but keep an eye out - I'm sure there will be another chance :j
Hope that helps!
Ruth

Hey DomTom!!
The fact that it does show some water presence on the sticker on the battery worries me. I had a Nokia N80 which I dropped in the dogs water bowl, ie: I knew it had been errr... submerged, yet it worked perfectly, well as perfectly as the first N80's could do, till I replaced it. However there was slight LCD damage on start up, a common sign of that type of damage. (so I'm told - like I said before, I'm no expert)
Obviously I can't give you an absolute answer - I don't think anyone could without seeing it. What about you send it in for my attention? (prob best not using the freepost bags as they are all channelled through our processing facility) I shouldn't really, but I could get someone to look at it before it hits the system??
Give me a shout by PM if you need the address to send.
Cheers!

Hi Numpty Monkey!
There's none planned that I know of, I'm afraid. Keep and eye out though - it's a decision made by our marketing team so you'd probably see it as quick as I would!!
