I have also sent my phone in on the 18th of December. Have heard nothing, they dont reply to emails or calls.
I dont know what to do, I want my phone back!!!!

Got a quote from Money4MyMobile on 4/1/2013, for my old HTC mobile, good price, so agreed and filled out form over the internet and waited for the pre-paid envelope to arrive.
Approx 2 days later pre-paid envelope arrived, i posted phone and paid 90p extra to send it recorded delivery, as a precaution.
Next day, had an email from Money4MyMobile to confirm they had recieved the phone.
15/1/13 had an email from Money4MyMobile " We are delighted to let you know that you’ll receive your Cheque within the next couple of days for your HTC ******* "
18/1/13 - Cheque arrived today for the full agreed amount, so in all honesty i can not complain at all about the service, the updates and the quick payment and turnaround from Money4MyMobile

I have mistakenly used money4urmobile, i sent it on 23rd, 1st class recorded delivery and a text & email today saying there was visable damage. Perfect condition when i sent, so now i believe most other reveiws that they blatantly lie to customers and do not pay up. Just hope i get paid something, as not worth asking for it to be retured as i doubt it will arrive back.0

Another one to add to the other unsatisfied customers. I was told my phone had significant damage when it was in near-perfect condition. I was offered a lower amount that I'm effectively forced into rather than forking out for the admin fee and shipping to have it returned to me (£14.95 I believe).
Offered £56.50, lowered to £36.73.0 -
LIARS!
Offered me £15 for my old G1. Sent it off, they revised the quote to £2 because "it didn't switch on". Refused the offer, got it back today in the post, it was turned on with 50% battery left (I sent it fully charged). Working fine as it always has done.
They turned it on, therefore blatantly lied and tried to con me.0
