Ive got an over the door rack and to be honest i havent actually tried to close the door yet! lol I cant open it properly either now as the baskets hit my cupboards on the inside. I didnt think of this before i bought it!! lol But im willing to live with it as it take all the paperwork and crap off my worktops and my kitchen looks tidy again, that is until you go in and actually see the over the door unit! lol

I got the overdoor rack & its great. I can open & close that door fine still, I couldnt if it was on any other door in the house though lol. We have a little bit of wall behind the door so it sits nicely in that.
Its a lot bigger than I expected but that can only be a good thing when I am as useless at the housework as i am. all junks getting thrown in that til I get chance to sort it which I have promised myself will be once a week at least.

Hee hee That could have been me talking. Exactly why I bought it and because I couldnt have afforded a butchers trolley to put all my fresh fruit and veg on. Bargain!

Also, I didnt realise before I got it but it's ALL you can see through my kitchen window :rotfl: so I have to keep it nicely arranged!

Still cant see my order tracking and its saying it's complete on the order page

Simon your experience is just like mine. I have received 2 items out of about 8 ordered. One even went to a house streets away from me. Some items have already been refunded to my credit card but don't know about others yet. Items after a fortnight on order just go out of stock at the point of delivery.They are a complete shambles and I have mailed them to that effect - plus they must be flouting Distance Selling regulations by charging for goods they don't even have.

Some people have been lucky-yes- but I shall never deal with them again as they are just a joke!

I am now awaiting a mail to see if all my refunds have been sorted - including postage.

My first order came two weeks ago and I was really pleased, so were my sons with the Helly hanson jackets!!

I am now waiting on my second order that has been despatched so I'm hoping it turns up on Monday.

I bought the door towel hanger for my bathroom (as Im fed up with towels all over the floor!!) and it doesnt fit properly as my door handle is in the way but for 2.99 I'm not too bothered.

they sell cheap tat ..... which would be fine but the items arrive damaged or not at all

i found the customer service excellent i always got an email back within 24 hours like stated i have also recived all my good from my first order,my sister also recived all her goods,the prices are excellent nd its a wonderfull site and for this reason i have voted for the poster of this link to be voted poster of the month because i truly belive he dersves it and once again thanks for posting this link hank.
