Just received my order, T-Shirts completely wrong size and jeans wrong brand and nothing like the original picture. Just sent off e-mail to moan so we'll see what happens. Not happy cos the Hamnett jeans were lovely and the ones delivered are plain and NOT what my son will wear

Well....I was impressed with the prices on the site and placed quite a large order, but then when it arrived most of it was out of stock and one of the items (2 glass shelves) had morphed into a faux suede cushion cover....anyway, yes it seems the best way of contacting Studio is via email as they respond quite quickly but it remains to be seen whether the CS lady does what she said she will do in reordering and refunding....does anyone need a chocolate coloured faux suede cushion cover...apparently I can keep that for my inconvenience as I suspect it isn't worth the cost of posting it back or collecting it!

I ordered on 24 Feb and received the second and final part of my delivery yesterday. All items as ordered and lovely quality. My earlier delivery (mosaic pots) was chipped and cracked, but I received a full refund and was allowed to keep the pots.

CUstomer Service has been good with response to my enquiry within 24 hours.

Overall am really pleased and have already made another order.

I got sent a size 14 white denim mini skirt... odd I never remember ordering it? So its lose 14 stone so I can cross dress or find a girlfriend who's a size 14

I have found the best time to e-mail them is in the evening, I got a call back within about half an hour, also able to keep goods as its not worth sending a courier to collect.

First order, wife got two swimsuits, the cord trenchcoat and the swim bag. I got tracksuit bottoms and the shorts. All delivered in one package, all right sizes for £24 delivered. Nice!
Dont see much evidence of any new stock. Still, worth a look every now and then.

Very happy with my parcel of goodies. Helly Hansen jacket does not seem to be quite as shown on the website, but in my opinion, and my sons, it is actually nicer. think the picture has been updated now. Hamnett jeans were really nice, and a bargain too.

My parcell also went via Preston and Oldham, then showed up as being in Eastleigh,and had left there a couple of hours before being actually delivered.

From my personal experience I would use this site again.

i sent them an email telling them to put more stuff on cause im bored with looking at the same stuff lol they just said keep looking,but personally with them being new the best way to keep a customers ineterest would be to keeep putting new things on because it keeps the customers ineterested otherwise u get bored,and also theres quite a few things on the site that are out of stock,however it is a brilliant site and if they sorts out all there little hitches amd sure there going to make a lot of money.
