Just out of interest, what were you supposed to have delivered?
Part of my 2nd order can be tracked to the central hub on Mar 3, too, but now reads "Unable to Deliver - Other" and "Depot - Received". The local courier denies ever seeing the parcel though and says it's definitely not at the depot! I wonder if my item is broken, too?
It's a shame though, as my first order was fantastic. Customer services have been excellent, too - it all seems to fall apart with the courier, though!0 -
Does anyone have a landline number to call Studio Outlet please? They only list an 0870 number on their website :rolleyes:

It was a large order containing clothing, footwear and household items, many of which have gone out of stock since I placed the order, which is why I'm so damned annoyed over all this.
I've been trying to get hold of the warehouse manager at the local depot to find out what exactly the damage is (presumably to the packaging materials) and see if they can't patch it up and still deliver anyway as I really want most of the stuff I ordered. Trouble is their phone has been constantly engaged for the last hour or so and by the time I get to speak to anyone, if they ever answer, it will probably have been shipped back to Studio :mad:"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

There doesn't seem to be a way of contacting Studio-Outlet to ensure an immediate response. If you phone them, I notice that they still state they will contact you back within 24 hours. I've used their e-mail system customercare@studio-outlet.co.uk and have always had a reply back the same day. This seems the easiest way, but it will take a few hours before they respond. HTH.0 -

Different companies use slightly different terminology, but the basic process is the same. A delivery driver will collect the parcels from Studio's warehouses and take them back to the local depot. From here they will be shipped out to the sorting depot (main hub) where they are all sorted into different areas and reloaded back onto an overnight trunker for delivery to your local depot. They are then loaded onto delivery vans designated to cover certain post code areas for dispatch to your home.
The courier firm they're using, Business Express, are nothing but a bunch of cowboys. The process I described above only takes 24 hours to complete, unless you happen to live in a remote area and have to wait an extra day or so for your local depot to do a delivery run in your area.
My order has now been in the hands of the couriers since 3rd March and, unless they haven't yet updated their tracking system today, it is still sitting at the main hub :mad:

Its at the correct depot because i live in n. london, like you said it should only take a day or 2 to get delivered from the local hub but the item has been there since last Thurs and i have had nothing today either.
Not very fair when other people are ordering last week and getting this week.

Hmmmmm very strange! If that had been today's date on it then I would have suggested that it had been carried over for tomorrow's delivery, which sometimes happens for a number of reasons (driver off sick, not covering your area today, van already full etc) but as we're now 5 days on I can't see any reason why you shouldn't have received it by now, especially living in London!!
Try giving them a ring - Business Express, Abbey Road - 020 8961 8774, or you could possibly try Reality, Olympic Way - 020 8903 2772 as they are part of the same "umbrella" and are more likely to be used to deliver to you. Hope you have better luck than I have in trying to get through though

This is pretty much what i am getting too (Southampton Depot tho). Ordered 23/02. They tried last Weds and Thurs to deliver - i phoned Thurs for re-delivery and they said they would try Mon. Nothing Monday or yesterday. Called yesterday, lady said Wednesday or Thursday but to call if nothing received by Thursday night! Im only 20 mins away from Southampton - you'd think they would just want rid of it rather than cluttering up their warehouse!!! have received all of my deliveries, today. Very pleased with the items except the hush puppies, they are definitely bigger than a 6, closer to a 7. Don't think thick socks are going to work!! Does anyone know how to do returns?0

I got a pair of childrens T shirts that werent the size I ordered.
I got a reply to my email the same day to say that they have arranged a courier to pick them up in 2 to 7 days.
I also had to reorder in case they sell out.Member of the £2 savers club.£320
so far
saving for Holiday :j
