two thirds of my order has gone astray:( the site wont let me track the items either.
I've emailed them so lets hope they can sort it out soon. I also have differences in status between the site and my email confirmations - one item is showing refunded on the site and despatched in my email. I havent received a refund though

I have been getting an error message, but have just managed to place an order, so keep trying. Unfortunately, while I was trying, the knife block set sold out !!!

I orederd from them last week and got charged on friday but still have not got my goods?

I ordered on wednesday march 1st and it arrived this morning.
Ive been very pleased with all my 3 orders,all good quality stuff.

If they were in my town I wouldn't bother ordering online - unless, of course, the store prices were [much] higher! G

I wouldn't bother with the stores GoofyGAT, the prices in store are nowhere near as good as the site. Some of the things I saw in one of their shops were cheaper in Argos!!! Also, they didn't have any of the items on the site. HTH

Just sent another email about my badly delayed order and copied to what I thought would be the Customer Care Managers email addy patmatthews@studio-outlet.co.uk and got an undeliverable from
postmaster@express-gifts.co.uk so it appears they are the same mob !

started arriving about 7 days after mt order, did come in dribs and drabs...makes it like christmas every day
