Before people start pointing the finger at Studio for delivery delays, they might want to check out the parcel tracking feature as this is what I've just found on mine so far ...

I've never known it take a courier company so long to process a delivery before! :wall:

My order went to the Preston depot too, maybe they are slow as i ordered my stuff with Studio and it seemed to take ages to get here.

Thats nothing! Despite numerous emails and phonecalls my order of 24th Feb is still in progress, according to the last call from a Supervisor my order did not even go on the system untill the 27th inspite of recieving confimation email within an hour of ordering.

The word W*****S comes to mind !

This is exactly what mine shows and my order was placed on 26th Feb, my friend who lives 2 streets away and ordered hers on 27th got her delivery yesterday. How long do you reckon it will take to get from Oldham to Airdrie Scotland

Does anyone have the number for HDNL at all please. I chucked away my missed parcel card and now need to chase them. They tried last week to deliver and i havent heard a dicky bird since!!! Tracking says my parcel is being held at the depot now with no word on re-delivery. Thanks

very good prices but very poor service
my parcel had 5 items missing ,one item has had money refunded ticked rest all acc to order status have been delivered
even the delivery site confirms packet delivered but it did not contain some items
customer service will only say wait for 7 days,already 6 days gone
guess wait till tomorrow before another email to customer services

what an awful experience,
businessexpress website say I have been carded
3 times on days I was home!
Yet no cards at my home?
Now my items are being returned.

You cannot phone these idiots either.

helly hanson coat arrived today, not the same as the one shown on web site but I carnt complain for the price. The only issue I have with studio-outlet is that for some reason I couldnt manually enter my work address for delivery so had to go through the circus of missing deliveries to home, ringing the courier, hoping a neighbour would be, collecting from depot, which delayed everything for 5 days. Still items are quality and prices are cheap, so stop moaning lou

mine states preston first, then oldham too, i wouldn't mid but i live 5 miles from preston, and now its 40 miles further away.

Can't complain here, goods ordered and delivered very quickly, all intact.

Now waiting for the site to load more goods.
