I'd ring customer services and complain, although its not the comapnys fault, they need to know if the delivery people they use aren't up to scratch, from my delivery i know they pass it on to a courrier firm.

Hi am new to forum and ordered from studio after a friend told me about it and this site. Part of my order was delivered to a house streets away from where I live. Different name, address and postcode even though the package was clearly addressed to me. Fortunately the recipient took the touble to come and find me the next day( it had been left with his neighbour)

Am not happy and have mailed CS but no response as yet!

I was well impressed with my single bed set ordered for DS's bed.
Its a slumbalux duvet, pillow not that good but will do. The pillow protector is a nice quilted one. Havent used the mattress protector but its quilted the same as the pillow protector and looks decent quality.

not bad at all for an average cost of £1.13 per item Especially as they cost £24 on Great Universal website :money:

got my first parcel 2day very impressed with everything that came..one item glam stripe t-shirt reebok,womans page 2 £3.99 was shown on site as purple colour att..colour is bright pink.just thought i say incase any one was intrested but like me not a pink fan...hope thats ok to post here as first post...

Still don't have any of my order and was well gutted when my bargain dinner service was out of stock! Ordered on 26th Feb so suppose still within the 7-10 days.Got e-mail yesterday to say items have been dispatched. How long from that e-mail are people typically receiving their items?

Like an earlier poster there was a chip on a mosaic pot in a set of 3, but when I emailed, they replied straightaway to offer a refund, and said I could keep the pot set in any case.

As long as the other stuff arrives soon, I'll be very pleased with this site.

I ordered three sets of the mosaic pots and between all sets i have managed to salvage just one set ...out of the 9 pots 5 had over half of the rims smashed beyond repair ... Just waiting to hear back from them :-(

Hi ilace, welcome to MSE! Thanks for the post. tis very useful as I was looking at that top - although i prefer pink (depending on how bright it actually is!)

i wonder if this is why they are no longer available..too many problems/breakages...have to say my set were fine but really well packaged in polystyrene..uck of the draw i guess

If you log back on to the studio-outlet site and go to the details of your order, you are able to click through to the delivery company, and track your parcel. I received my e-mail last Thursday, and this morning the tracker told me my parcel had left the Southampton depot at 9.49 a.m. Phoned home at Midday, to be told that it had already arrived. Haven't seen the items yet though.
