Hello I am new to this Web Site and Forums in general so please bear with me. I found my way to the Outlet Website as recommended by so many of your users. I have to say I am impressed. I received my goods as expected but also had the same problem with the planters arriving broken. My call to their Customer Services was answered promptly and they couldn't have been nicer. They were professional and also very helpful. I decided against a replacement as I wanted them for a present and the date required as gone now. The young man who answered the call was very sympathetic and sorted out my query straight away. I have never dealt with a more professional outfit. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for this, finally got round to putting an order in last night and was surprised at how much stuff was still in stock!

I know what you mean. I Can't keep off the site. I have noticed that more and more I am getting " no stock" on items. The site is also slower than I expected but hey the quality of the products and the prices beggar belief. I will definately order more from them.

Is it me or has the site gone down? I can get the main front page but nothing else works

The only problem with them is the fact that the stock situation is never accurate ( bargain crazy was/is the same).

Fortunately only one item i ordered ( which was showing in stock) has been notified as out-of-stock when my order was processed. Its still annoying as i would have ordered an alternative ( it was a bedding set).
This inaccurate stock control could mean you paying £3.99 shipping on one 99p item if all your other items end up being out of stock. So sending in a small low value order could be a risk.

Just tried to place an order and after submitting my solo card details i get the 'oops' page stating an error on the website and suggest i check my cookies. this i have done on the cookie test and yet still get the 'opps' page.
I have checked on-line banking and the amount is not being debited from my account.
Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone suggest any ideas?

I put a second order in the other day :rolleyes: and one item I wanted came up as not in stock at the checkout stage (fine at time of ordering), so went back and tried another colour (which was the original I wanted but was out of stock at time of ordering), and lo and behold it was back in stock, so ordered it!!

Gawd knows what will turn up, fingers crossed eh??? :undecided

Looking at the site though then I can't see them on there anymore so they might be out of stock
