After over a week of waiting my parcel just arrived it,s down to 2 pairs shoes from my original order, desperate for my trendy new red shoes , opened excitedly and they are the wrong ones - I am gutted -- waiting till 8 to ring c. s. hope they still have the ones i want. Irony is i got hubby a pair of trainers as a suprise he is chuffed to bits with them.

Anyone waiting for a replacement Lazy Susie then it looks like its tough luck! Got an email today to say they are now out of stock and im being refunded. Ah well, least i have the majority of this one.

I tried to place an order with studio-outlet over a week ago when they were experiencing some initial teething problems and unfortunately I got an error at the payment stage so my order did not show but my card was still charged. I contacted customer services about this and they were excellent, they refunded my card immediately and this morning we received a large tin of Roses chocolates delivered by courier as a gesture of goodwill. I have since placed a fresh order with them and everything went through just fine I basically just want to praise their customer services department!!

got the red hush puppies i usualy take a 6 although i have been known to buy a 5 and 1/2 before now, the 6 in the hush puppies fit perfectly and were really comfy HTH

I'm thrilled with my purchases from this site - king size duvet is fab and the bedsets are good too (sadly the pillows are crap but I've got some decent ones of those so I mustn't complain)

will be using them again, for sure

Ordered on 24th February, status is still in progress . Emailed Friday got useless stock answer, just phoned and got a muppet who could only speak broken English so asked for a Manager to phone back.

Just checked the site and 75% of items I ordered are now out of stock and no suitable alternatives on the site !

Totally P****d off with them !

Hooray, the couriers tried again this morning and I was in, so I have my order!

Very pleased with it all, especially the Trespass jacket, excellent quality and a bargain at £6.99!

Just tried to place an order and after submitting my solo card details i get the 'oops' page stating an error on the website and suggest i check my cookies. this i have done on the cookie test and yet still get the 'opps' page.
I have checked on-line banking and the amount is not being debited from my account.
Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone suggest any ideas?

I spent 2 days trying to pay by Solo then noticed the message on here that someone couldn't pay by Maestro but Visa worked for them. I tried Visa and it worked straightaway. I suspect there is maybe a problem with cards with more digits than Visa on their system. Hope that helps.

I ordered on the 27th feb and have just recieved 1 parcel out of 2. I was not in but they left it with a neighbour. Tresspass coat is a bargain and am very pleased with everything so far - hope my second parcel comes soon!!
