Has anyone not been in and had the delivery company leave a card? My order was despatched on Thursday, but I haven't been at home Friday and today, and when I got back this evening there was no card left, bit concerned they may have tried to deliver and it's gone back!
I was out when they tried to deliver. They put a card through saying parcels (also stated parcels x 2 ) left at neighbour's. So I think if they had tried to deliver they would at least left you a card to let you know. HTH

You can also look at the online tracking system to see if your order's been returned to the depot. Apparently my order was put out for delivery and returned to the depot before I eventually received my order the next day - I never got a card to say they had tried once before to deliver though!

johlee, how long did the delivery take please, i.e., from the day you placed your order?

And did you get all the items in one delivery? Ta, G

Thanks johlee :). Your order arrived in 6 days - so within their 7-10 day delivery promise.

I was so impressed I've placed another order this evening :o but at these prices it's hard to resist :)

Hope your delivery arrives soon and your just as impressed with the goods :)

Got my order yesterday, the party susan centre bowl (sauce bowl i assume) was broken so i emailed them to say i needed another and this one needed to be returned. Had a quick reply saying dont return it if its broken, we will just send you another!!!

:T Result!!! Will have 2 now! Albeit one with no middle bowl but its no problem. Really impressed with the quality, its really heavy. Also bought silver lights, jewellry box, over the door shelves (great for holding bits that lay about in my kitchen) and Reebok babies outfit as a pressie, its a huge bargain for £2.99 will look like ive spent loads more! lol

Just wish i had more spare cash to buy more stuff! lol

Thanks - just tracked my parcel and apparently they tried to deliver Friday, and I have apparently been 'carded' although there was certainly no card left here! :(

I can't find a contact number for them on the website either, just have to hope that they try again on Monday.

I had part of my order delivered on friday. The over door hanging shelves which the other half hates :rotfl: and my mosaic pots. They look great but the middle on is chipped in 3 places and not easy to hide ones either. I have sent them a mail to let them know it's broken and I'd like to return them so I can have them replaced as they are really nice and JUST what I wanted for my garden! Hope they replace it as I'll never find them at that price again!
