Cool all 3 parcels now present and correctly charged

see my previous posts about the reeboks, did you order the Clip 11 and get sent the ones with the velcro on? thats what happened to me. they are now sitting waiting to be collected and refunded, and of course now it's a new month, I still have to pay for them on the old statement as the refund won't go through in time. The box said they were the Clip 11, just the wrong ones inside, my dh was gutted.

yes thats right.
not happy as the web site says u have to popst them back yourself, i have paid in full....

also rang the number on invoice the person gave me another number, waited on the phone for 29 mins no one answered so put the phone down

The delivery note gives a number to ring to arrange collection of returns so you dont have to post them back yourself as far as I know

loates, if they are incorrect goods, you do not have to pay the return cost. I rang them (as per their website) and was told that you cannot arrange a return over the phone as they have not yet got that set up, you need to mail them direct and request a collection. goto post 222 on page 23 and my posts are there about it, I believe a few ppl have ordered them, and a few others pulled their orders for them incase it happened to them to. Bit concerned that Project Manager has not been on since we started getting the orders and the problems??

It's far easier to click on the GO button next to the long number, shows you exactly where your parcel has got to!

got my order today and they was ordered 6 days ago....just oredered a load more lol if anyone is wondering about the school skirts at 1.49 they are brilliant quality....
