Just got 1 parcel and it says mine will be despatched in 3...1 item missing and emailed customer services and within 5 minutes had a reply saying i have been credited and the item has been reordered so should be with my in 7 days...i am very pleased with mine and would definetly check this website regulary.0

Now I'm annoyed, it wasn't the same query if they'd bothered to read it properly. Why is it that some people feel they can be rude in an e-mail ? Makes me cross; there's no need for it.0 -
Does anyone know how long the refund to debit card for out of stock items take?
I've got some of my stuff on it's way, some still in progress and about 6 itmes saying out of stock-money refunded.... there's not been any money refunded yet though
Can't wait to receive the stuff that was in stock though0 -
My mother had the broken pots delivered today, she e-mailed customer service along with a photograph of the broken pots. They replied really quickly to confirm a refund to her account and told her to throw the many pieces away. She was quite impressed with their customer service and got a much better response than I got the other day, so it may depend on who you speak to. The items we have had so far have been fantastic quality and we wouldn't hesitate to order again.0

got an almost instant response from customer services re my broken bowl on the lazy susan i recieved, fantastic are sending a replacment and told me not to worry about sending the broken bits back to them A1 in my opinion, all the rest of my order so far is fab including my terracotta pots
i will defo buy again

I agree that as far as replying to emails is concerned, it depends who answers them. I have had mails from them regarding my enquiry with the out of stock bedpreads, (they are still sending the pillowshams) which have been polite and helpful, and others that have been on the verge of rude, in fact blaming me for not checking the order! How was I to know that the bedspreads would become unavailable?!
Still awaiting delivery. I think they have a long way to go, providing bargain prices is not the only thing that is important in running an ecommerce business.
Or maybe I'm expecting too much?0
