was really looking forward to recieving my order as it was stated everything in stock , however yesterday got e-mail to say ks beadspread and dh,trackie bottoms were out of stock and that money would be refunded to card.
Am hoping that the trainers for hubby that do come are the ones we ordered

Have had similar problems to others as in the bedspreads are out of stock but they appear to be still sending me the pillowshams despite numerous emails/phonecalls requesting them not to. So far this order has been more hassle than I anticipated, not sure I would order from them again.

How hard can it be to update their website with accurate stock information, preventing these kind of unnecessary frustrations?

Hello i am new to this site and have been following this thread. I order a few bits and pieces which all of them were delivered apart from the pillows which were with the duvet set. I emailed the customer services and they gave me a further discount as the set was out of stock. I have just order a further two items and so far i am extremely pleased with this site.

Hi, I ordered 9 items and 8 of them were delivered this morning. The invoice does say that the other item, Duvet, will be delivered seperately within 7 days. Overall I am extremely please with all of my order.

Ah! spoke too soon, delivery man just came back with my other item! sooo pleased , single 13.5tog duvet, pillow, pillow protector and mattress protector all for £4.99. Looks decent quality too.

I got my items yeserday, the picnic plates were cracked, im waiting for them to get back to me and im disapointed with the towels (or towel as the case seems to be :rolleyes: ) no where in the write up did it state that it was a single towel when the picture states a bundle of 5, and the silver bits on it are flaking off. (But I have e-mails and im waiting for them to get back)

But other than that im happy with my trainners and knife block :j

Received all my items this morning - all present and correct.

Very pleased with the Hush Puppies which were brand spanking new and boxed, complete with tissue paper (I was worried they were going to be customer returns). Got a great brand new Kenwood 3-in-1 Kitchen Wizzard as well - it's model Hb655 and these are selling for £22.97 on Amazon :eek:

So I'm really happy ... was going to order more just now including another Wizzard thing for my mum, but a lot of the stock seems to have gone fast.

Hi Thea's Mummy,

I placed my order last Thursday 23rd February, so it's taken exactly 7 days to get my items. It still says "In Progress" on my order tracking, so I guess that's not getting updated at the moment.

I'm sure your order will be along any minute now
