I ordered yesterday £35 including delivery... the duvet set I bought alone would cost me that so I figure it like this: £35 for one king size duvet set.

just recieved part of order..mosaic pots x 4 Two of the largest are broken, one of the medium is cracked and one small has a chunk missing !!! Good start..customer services say they will ring me back so I'll keep you posted

they were good with us. nothing broken. everything present and correct.

They delivery bloke was very rough with our packages though.. just sort of threw them through our door. rubbish. I'm sure that's what's happened with your stuff too.

Just got a bit more of my order Very happy with it all. except stupid me didnt measure the toilet so the storage for above it doesnt fit My mistake though, not theirs. Delivery bloke knows me though so he was gentle with my packages Now to get hubby to agree to putting my other new toilet seat on.
overall, very happy.

very happy with my order so far (coming in in dribs and drabs adds to the excitment!!) but found that one of the bowls on my lazy susan is broken have emailed customer services

they are going to collect damaged items 2-7 days and are sending replacements !!
Fingers crossed !! Can't blame the delivery man; he was very careful from what I saw and they were huge heavy boxes. It's a shame because they are gorgeous pots and would cost a bomb in a garden centre. Have to wait and see I suppose !

I agree, they are very nice pots, quite a lot bigger than I was expecting. Shame one is split in 2 and the other two have 2 cracks in each (maybe they were set down rather hard somewhere en route) It says out of stock on the website so if it's a choice of sending them back without replacements, or keeping them, then I'll keep them as they are still good value as a set of 2 seconds.

(edit) Just to add, I recieved an email from customer services regarding the pots, and they have refunded me the money back on my card. They have also not asked for them to be returned - which is nice.

Thanks emphatiC_hanK for this great link to Studio Outlet. I have been trying to order for 2 days now and just keep getting the Oops blah blah message mentioned before. Has anyone overcome this problem? Customer services not been any help so far - emailed and phoned. I'm getting impatient now - I want my bargains before they run out!!
