Anyone been to one of their high street stores? Do they have the same products as the website at same prices?0

I went to the St Helens branch and was really disappointed. The prices were shocking, nothing like those on the site. A few others have had the same experience. I only received a part of my order today which was the king size duvet set! I have had no emails to say the rest was out of stock is their a reson for this..anyone?
