My husband just opened his ice 11 trainers to find they were not the ones as shown on the net. I phoned up as per the web-site to arrange a collection (incorrect goods), to be told they do not arrange collections over the phone as the service is not yet up and running and that the web-site was wrong. I was told to email the request and that I would get a reply within half an hour - that was an hour ago!!!

So does that mean anyone who ordered those trainers are going to be sent the wrong ones then? If so i have a pair of those coming and will not be too happy if i have to pay to return something through no fault of my own.

Can the Project_Manager please say what will happen for the benefit of all of us who have ordered this particular pair of Trainers?

Only half of my order arrived today even though according to customer service it was all sent on 27/2, also the last time I looked earlier today my account still showed as in progress. Others have also said that only part of their order arrived as well, so there might not be too much for your neighbour to take in. My mother placed her order a couple of days after me and they tried to deliver her order today also, as she was out they have left a card to say they will try again tommorrow.

my order status is progressing though i have received two packets lying in the black wheely bin behind our house
one packet mentions one item to be delivered but out of those mentioned as delivered and ticked, five items are missing
no reply to email yet from customer service
looks like they need to sort out their procedures quick

So can anyone tell me is it possible that when it gets to the delivery stage that there may be other items that are out of stock that i may not get?
Also is it likely that my order status may not get to the despatched stage before i get delivery of my order?

I keep checking online assuming that it will go to the despatched stage so then i know it will be a couple of days before delivery, but from what some others have said it seems that may not be the case.

jaxxy...one of my orders (or part of..remaining items being delivered separately) was delivered this morning but is still showing as 'in progress' on the site. Also, one of the items I ordered was listed as out of stock on the delivery notice. I wasn't aware of this beforehand so you might get all of your order or not. Luck of the draw I suppose. HTH

How were the trainers different julieblake? Only asking because I was literally just going to put an order through for some and then read your post! Thanks

I tried to cancel and order last night. It was only a small one (bedspread and pillowshams), the bedspread is out of stock but they are still sending the pillow shams. Have recieved e-mail toight to say that its been passed to warehouse so cant be cancelled, will need to contact them once order is recieved to arrange collection. CS guy says they will refund in full including p & p once they get the goods back!! They havent even left their warehouse yet!!

Phew! Thanks for that julie. Trainers now removed from basket! You posted just in the nick of time there! Maybe if anyone else has ordered these trainers they could post and let us know if julieblake's order was a one-off or if it looks as though studio-outlet are sending this other pair as a substitute.

Ooh, i ordered the reebok ice trainers, i hope i get the right ones.
