    Project Manager, I have just had one of my orders delivered (very happy!) but one item was out of stock. There is a sticker on my invoice stating my account will be credited accordingly. However, I don't have an account and paid by debit card - will this be refunded to my card? Thanks, Nettynora

    Yes. Any problems, please e-mail Customer Care and they will sort it.

    Forgot to mention. The 'My Online Orders' page seems to be a bit behind - my order is still showing as 'in progress', as I think a few other people on here have mentioned. I know it's a small thing but I like to know when a package is on it's way - I have very nosy neighbours!! :rotfl: PPS I'm not moaning - just wanted to make you aware of it

    Yes, we know about this but thanks for posting. The team are gradually working their way through all the issues - giving priority to those that are giving customers most grief. At the moment we are trying to get the stock more accurate so we won't have the 'out of stock - refunded' situation which can be such a pain when people are trying to order co-ordinates. Thank you all for your patience. Please keep posting.

    Not impressed at all i'm afraid. Ordered quilts and covers etc (which is what the order was about) and have only just, finally,(they took the money out a few days ago) received an e-mail saying that none of these are available. Oh yes, they are refunding the difference but i am ending up with little things that i wasn't really bothered whether i had or not, just bumped the order up a bit so that postage didn't seem so much. Well done to those of you that have received what you ordered initially. My advice to others would be to wait a few months until they get themselves sorted out :rolleyes:

    project who do you use for delivery ? people had concerns about the 'undeliverable' statement in your terms and conditions. if you're not in on initial delivery what do the company do ? can you collect from the couriers depot for example ?

    hammy.........my delivery today was left with my next door neighbour but they did put a card through my door to let me know. I know some companies just leave the parcel and no calling card. HTH
