    No update email on my order :( Still says its in progress, ordered on the 23rd.so Its 'early' days I guess,(though others seem to of got theres actually delivered by now!) would of thought it would of been despatched by the warehouse by now though (all items were in stock according to the website)
    ....But I know I am impatient! lol :)

    Same here tatts, - I placed 2 orders on the 23rd. No email for me yet and still showing as 'In Progress' on the site. Only impatient now because I know others have had their orders delivered! :)

    Mine wasnt a big order either (4 items).......how about you netty?
    Do you think its too soon to send an email to customer services??
    I only want an update, .....would feel a little more 'at ease' if I knew they were actually looking at my order and hadnt forgot all about me! lol :)

    just nipped onto the website to see if my progress has changed.....(it hasnt)
    looked at the p+p t&c whilst there.........

    Delivery is normally within 10 working days of placing your order, but please allow up to 14 working days at busy times. We will send you regular updates, by email, on the progress of your order.


    So, I suppose I should wait a while longer before sending them a mail i suppose!
