my stuff came today, really well packed and good stuff!

The griddle pan for £1.49 was unbelievable, its really heavy duty good quality.

I have gone back on and ordered the Umbro footie boots which were £3.49 in the next two sizes to keep for my son, he is bound to need them!

I received an email from studio saying that the spring meadow duvet set is out of stock. But on the website it is still showing in stock.

Has anyone had this problem

just placed a second order for bookshelves reduced to £3.99 a set, order 4 for just over the original price of £14.99, absolutely brilliant, also dad wanted some hush puppies, so we've gone half on p&p. thanks again to original poster.

two of my items were not in stock, but had said so (and still are) that they are on the website. My card was refunded with the difference.

What a great post by the OP.

I'm on my second order now - the Reebok gear I got was excellent.

I'd like to know if anyone ordered the Marissa (looks burgandy/maroon) duvet set. I'm unsure whether it is a set or just the duvet cover. The description for the range says that it is available as a duvet cover, pillowcases or valance, yet there isnt a duvet cover item, just the set.

At those prices,I've ordered it anyway

The Marrissa is only the duvet. You need to order the pillow & valance seperatley. But the duvet cover is such good quality, the colour is more purple than moroon.

I ordered the towel too. It did actually say on the description that it was for a bath sheet. I'm not too keen on the silvery/gold bits either, but for 1.99 for a quality bath sheet that you would normally see for over a fiver I'm quite happy.

All my 1st order has arrived now and am very impressed with both packaging and quality of items. The kettle for 6.99 is fantastic, I wouldn't like to think how much a similar one would be in a shop in town. Nice heavyweight griddle, duckboard is nice too. (we have an old ikea one that is getting a bit old looking) Lazy suzan is very substantial too.

ordered some reebok trainers they sent different ones than the ones i ordered....which are poor ..not sure why they did not just refund me would of been better

The've refunded the 1.99 for the towel and are sending a replacement for the picnic set so all well and happy

Just on a side note - is anyone else getting a replacement for something and if so, did you get an e-mail with all the goods ordered being listed as sent again?
