I had the last of the order on Friday. One of the garden chairs was broken so i e-mailed them to see if they had any stock left to replace it with. I had a reply that I needed to check the website to see stock details. I have simplified the e-mail and tried again, I will wait and see. I tried to telephone them but was told that no-one on the helpline could help and I needed to e-mail. At these prices I would still order again as the rest of the stuff has been great.

Well, my size 6 ladies hush puppies turned out to be size 10 Pods. Going to send back. Too bad theres not a category for it on the back of the invoice!

Just got my order. Everything good except the reebok ice trainers sent were actually the other reebok trainers. Actually not that bad so i am going to keep them but i am contacting them regarding a partial refund as these are cheaper then the ones i have been charged for.

yay the last of mine arrived today called them as hadn't heard about my mail I sent them to say one of the pots were broken and they knocked £1.40 off the pots (ok ok it's not much but it helps!). They are out of stock so they can't replace them

Ah well I can plant some hanging ivy in the and some blue lobelia to hide the chips on the rim and be chuffed I guess I think they worked out at about £4 for the 3 now and well.. the small pot would hae cost me more than that at a garden centre

Everything else was in GREAT condition and really chuffed with it!!!

Off to feel a fair bit smug now - oh yeah and to see if they have any pillows... OH has decided he needs a new one *sigh* ah well it's an excuse to have another look at the site

Dont suppose anyone got the Francesca bedspread in Kingsize and doesnt want it??

If so please pm me and we may be able to do business ( I got the pillowshams but no cover as it was out of stock,) I Keep checking their site daily to see if theyve got 1 in stock yet but I dont hold out much hope.

Does anyone think its worth e-mailing them to see if theyve had any returned ??

I got the last of my items today, all my trainers and shoes and the Reebok Ice trainers were the right ones thank god! :T

Only problem for me was there was 2 items missing from my stuff but they were on the invoice. Contaced by email, will see how it goes.

Also a shame about the bedpread as I also have two pillow cases and no bedspread

I just wrote no9 and put "you dispatched wrong shoes" on my returns label -
there is an empty box at the end of all of the other categories, thing is i cannot find a picture of the shoes they sent me in error of the ones i ordered , maybe they will be coming on website soon
I am just about over the dissapointment of not getting the shoes i wanted but dare not reorder asI sent e-mail this a.m. asking for an exchange to the right ones
