    I ordered from these on 24th Feb and still haven't recieved the stuff. I got a despatched e-mail yesterday so went on to the site to track the order and apparently there is no record of the parcel number. I'm soo !!!!!! off but at these prices i will probably order again :rotfl:

    Try the parcel tracking website tomorrow. Seems to take a little while to show up initially.

    Thanks CAE for that info on tracking. Been on to tracking website and it gives date of 03/03/06 and says "Parcel Data Received" whatever that means. However I told a friend about the website and she ordered after me but received her parcel yesterday and she only lives in the next street!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, i recieved my order yesterday i ordered last tuesday.The duvet set for 4.49 was really good quality.I'll be ordering again for sure.

    :j :j happy bunny emailed studio to let them know 1 of my lazy susans was broken ( 1 bowl to be exact) they said they would replace, got an email yesterday to say out of stock will refund.....i just checked and they refunded all 3 lazy susans i bought , happy me and a happy mum
    i have to say i have read a lot of negative things on here about studio but i am on my third order now and have recieved excellent reponse and service for this company :D

    Funny, when i first emailed them regarding placing an order i got an email back within 10 minutes, now i have emailed them regarding my order being wrong and i am still waiting for a response.
