Are you talking about studio_outlet or Studio mail order??

sorry to hear people having bad experiences but i have to say mine has been very good

placed ordered... delivered 5 days later,,, emailed about broken pot they said dont return them and they are sending out another set today

They've had my money since 23rd Feb, I emailed over a week ago & a supervisor was going to look into it. Today they say they haven't taken any money & now want a copy of my statement.
Thank goodness I paid by credit card -will contact Goldfish tomorrow & see if they can sort it!

I have placed 4 orders with them,3 have arrived I have found them very helpful at sorting problems out,I will order again from them.

miy order just says 'in progress' whats this mean it been like that for over a week now!

NJO...have you clicked on the order no to see if any of the items have been despatched. Even though it says 'in progress' on the front some of the items may be shown as despatched and you can then click on the parcel ID and track the parcel. My order is showing 'in progress' but some of it has been despatched. HTH
PS The orders online page does not seem to be very accurate though. My first couple of orders were still showing as 'in progress' the day after they were delivered!
