PS The orders online page does not seem to be very accurate though. My first couple of orders were still showing as 'in progress' the day after they were delivered!

I ordered on the 23 feb and have yet to receive my items, seems to be the delivery companies causin the delays. This is the last message i get when i track it:

Couldn't agree more. If your order is ok delivery times/picking/packing can be hit and miss.
I've had 1 item sent incomplete and although a partial refund has been agreed once, due to multiple emails sent, they now think I want to return the item (they don't read the emails sent to them very carefully!)
Another item sent damaged they say they'll collect in 7-10 days... LOL a £1.50 item.
Inconsistant customer service replies but over all the total experience hasn't been too painfull, YET!
However I still have 2 orders in progress/partially shipped. Don't know if the stuff comes from different warehouses or what?
So, I'm reserving final judgement until I get everything sorted.

i think you'll find your problem was with Studio, not the outlet part which has just been set up, i know lots of people have had problems with studio, but i hope people with give the outlet a chance, its only just getting on its feet, and looking at the numbers on here that are placing orders its no wonder i would think if there are some teething problems with some orders.
hope everyones parcel arrives soon for them, i'm waiting for some things too, but i figure at the prices i've paid, i'm not that fussy if the delivery isn't super quick.

After a rather heated email exchange last night with a CS muppet using cut and paste replies I inisted on all my emails being passed on to Pat Matthews the CS Manager with a suggestion that taking in to account the long delay that it would not be unreasonable for the Warehouse Manager to personally pull my order off the system and ensure its prompt dispatch .
Overnight my order has finally been processed and dispatched so now I am in the hands of HDN , the parcel is not trackable on their site yet, just hope it dosn't go on a round the UK tour !

a lot of it seems down to royal mail because when its at a depot that is not down to studio that is actually down to the mail company,i know a few people have posted that there orders at at mail places thats not actually down to studio outlet,also it does say allow 7 workin days?doesnt it so if u include the weekend that makes it 9 days at the most.considering the company are just gettin on there feet its not bad going really,considering there prices are so cheap,theres alot of very happy people on here as well that have recived there orders,i fink give it a few months when there up and running fully we wont be caomplaining,but by then am sure the prices will have gone up lolIt`s getting to the point0

Is this the only entry on your tracking data?
Different companies use slightly different terminology, but the basic process is the same. A delivery driver will collect the parcels from Studio's warehouses and take them back to the local depot. From here they will be shipped out to the sorting depot (main hub) where they are all sorted into different areas and reloaded back onto an overnight trunker for delivery to your local depot. They are then loaded onto delivery vans designated to cover certain post code areas for dispatch to your home.
The courier firm they're using, Business Express, are nothing but a bunch of cowboys. The process I described above only takes 24 hours to complete, unless you happen to live in a remote area and have to wait an extra day or so for your local depot to do a delivery run in your area.
My order has now been in the hands of the couriers since 3rd March and, unless they haven't yet updated their tracking system today, it is still sitting at the main hub :mad:"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I didnt have any trouble with getting my order. I ordered on the thursday and i got my order yesterday. The shoes were the wrong size though which i think other people had a problem with. the box did say size 4 which i wanted but i got a 4.50
